Carl K. Chang is a Professor Emeritus of Computer Science at Iowa State University. His research interests include requirements engineering, services computing, situational software engineering and digital health. As an IEEE Life Fellow, Chang is the 2004 President of the IEEE Computer Society, also as the Editor-in-Chief for IEEE Software (1991-94) and the Editor-in-Chief for IEEE Computer (2007-2010) which is the flagship publication of the IEEE Computer Society.
